FLYING THE RUTH

Pioneering milestones in Alaskan aviation were a thing of the past—until NOW. In the shadow of Denali, North America’s highest mountain at 20,310 feet, renowned adventure and natural history photographer/filmmaker, Chad Copeland, sets a course into the unknown.

Flying a custom Paramotor from a “base camp” in remote Alaska, it's a 122-mile journey up the Ruth Glacier—and a historic first ascent.
